Martin Klein, Ikarus Executive Chef, travels to the guest chef's home country and discovers with him the differences in cooking culture, ingredients and special techniques.

The international guest chef comes to Salzburg to the Restaurant Ikarus in Hangar-7, brings ingredients from his home country and creates the menu of the month together with the Ikarus team under the watchful eye of patron Eckart Witzigmann.
